Please complete the Design Review form and include the required documentation with your request. Once your request is submitted, a member of the committee will reply within seven (7) business days. Committee Members will need to meet at the location where the work will be performed with the requester. This meeting will be to look over the location of addition and ask any clarifying questions. Committee members will validate request is in compliance of the CC&Rs and provide an “Approved as Requested”, “Approved with “these Modifications” which will include required modifications, or “Request Declined” which will include reasons the request is denied. The Board will be sent a copy of the finding of anything other than “Approved as Requested.”
